“Very clean and comfy cabin. Had a very rustic feeling to it with surprisingly plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub the first night and it was great. There were thunderstorms the following nights and we couldn’t use it. The cabin is close to town, but far enough to feel it’s in middle of the woods. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here if/when we go back to Ruidoso.”

“Great bed, furniture, great shower, excellent tv and internet. Enjoyed the 5am hot tub soaks. Hope to return next year. Ruidoso has some excellent pickleball courts and don't forget to play some golf. Garcia's restaurant along with cafe Rio our local favs. ”

“Was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Location was very quiet: literally saw more elk than people near the cabin. The small, fenced back yard down the steps was most helpful in managing my dog. The owner was immediately available in the check-in process. Great small cabin and glad I stayed there.”

“The living quarters were just as advertised! The private driveway was excellent and there were no steps, which is great for those with mobility issues. Located on a quiet street, the view of the mountains is very nice! We saw wild elk and wild mustangs, even heard an elk bugle while sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine! The host was quick to respond to emails and was very concerned that we enjoy our stay, which we did! Highly recommend! ”

“We loved our stay! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and such an awesome deck with great views, both during the day and after dark!”

“The house is very comfortable and in a beautiful location. Our only problem was following GOOGLE directions. We ended up down in the middle of the flood damage! Everyone should use the directions supplied by Hummingbird to get there safely! It was a great trip. We will be back.”
