“料金を請求され支払った システムを理解していない ”

“Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme, men hotellet er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt overnatningssted. Vi var afsted som en familie på 4 personer, som manglede et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat. Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. Værelser og badeværelser var dårligt vedligeholdte, beskidte og uhumske og på det ene værelse virkede……

“The hotel service wasn’t that great very minimal and the area is very quite at the moment because of the time of year it’s very cloudy and cold and not many choices for food unless you travel to Thanh Hoa and the only thing is to do walk on the beach I was only passing through and traveling to Hue and Da Nang ”

“It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel. ”
