“Our Family stayed at this location in 2023 and looked forward to our return in 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island yet close enough to home to accomdate schedules etc.This location/Property is perfect for us (mooring) Beautiful spot allowing us to satisfy varied interests (boating, fishing, sunset cruises, beach, biking, exploring nature, etc...)”

“10/10!!!!! This house was amazing! Very clean, very beachy, and a nice, quiet location. We all enjoyed our stay. Spent mornings on the dock catching crabs. Afternoons in the screened in porch, enjoying the beautiful water views. The children felt cool sleeping and hanging out in their downstairs lair! It was a love for all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids). ”

“You can hear the waves in this perfect location for a family beach getaway! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood- two blocks from the ocean! “I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……
