“Very good location, a 10 minute drive to attractions such as the breakers and cliff walk. In addition it has free and plenty of parking spots. ”

“The Chart House is quaint and charming. The first floor decor is welcoming. The parking is great. Love the location in the historic district and proximity to good restaurants. Unfortunately, breakfast isn’t available on weekdays. The single rooms are small and a chair would be nice. ”

“Design wise it’s off the charts, friendly, accommodating, beds are comfortable bar is wonderful… clean and just easy to relax at! It was our 3rd time and back we will be back again and again! ”

“Good location to have access to Newport but pricey since it’s not in the heart of town. Clean, but room didn’t have extra comforter like most are prepared with and took over an hour to get one. Bathroom was not thought through when redone. The sink had no countertop and no sink high table next to it. Makes getting ready in a hotel difficult and compounded by a family stay.”
