“My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.”

“10/10 stay. Would highly recommend. We travelled as 2 friends seeking a relaxing city break. Comfortable rooms, ultra clean, stunning old building which is a former convent with a ton of history, beautiful (small) pool & terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, beautiful ambience and very calm & peaceful throughout this hotel. Very walkable to all of central Palma. We loved the breakfast and the focus on being eco friendly /sustainable. Joan @front of house was a fantastic representative……

The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. ”

“Leider musste ich bei meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel feststellen, dass die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Sowohl Gläser, Besteck als auch Teller waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt, was einen insgesamt enttäuschenden Eindruck hinterließ. Dieser Mangel an Hygiene beeinträchtigte leider das ansonsten positive Gesamterlebnis und könnte in Zukunft verbessert werden, um den hohen Standard des Hauses zu wahren. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass in diesem Bereich mehr Sorgfalt……
