“Maison très propre et bien entretenue. Également bien équipée. Jolie terrasse avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Nombreuses chambres. Très calme. Quelques difficultés pour ce garer. Le contact a été parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.”

“Genova as a village was so serene and peaceful. The views from this finca are truly breathtaking and we got to palma and the beaches easily with taxis and Ubers but also ate at two of the local restaurants which had amazing food and great value for money. Hosts were highly communicative and helpful during our stay and they provided everything we needed like robes, towels and a good hairdryer. We will definitely be back! One flag is that this property is on a hill with many stairs, so not ideal……

“Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem tollen Häuschen sehr genossen. Die schöne Dachterrasse und die ruhige Lage haben zur Erholung beigetragen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. ”

“L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement……

“The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels……

“The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy……

“Wir wollten mit unseren Kindern einen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen und haben mit diesem Ferienhaus das richtige Objekt für unsere Erwartungen gefunden.Kurzer Weg vom/zum Flughafen und nach Palma. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma mit dem herrlich blauen Wasser und dem Panorama der Stadt. Die tollen Sonnenuntergänge direkt von Haus und Terrasse zu erleben, klasse.Nur zu empfehlen.”
