“Wenn man jung ist und keine Atemprobleme hat, ist das Haus ideal.Leider habe ich Asthma und die Luft im Tal von Sóller ist im Winter extrem schlecht. Die Gartenabfälle, und sicherlich auch manchmal Plastik, werden nach dem Beschneiden der Bäume offen verbrannt. So hängt meistens über dem Tal eine dichte Rauchwolke.Beim ersten Versuch mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen, bekam ich keine Luft mehr. Die schöne Terrasse kam für mich deshalb auch nicht infrage.Die Raumaufteilung ist für ältere Leute nicht……

“Wir wollten mit unseren Kindern einen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen und haben mit diesem Ferienhaus das richtige Objekt für unsere Erwartungen gefunden.Kurzer Weg vom/zum Flughafen und nach Palma. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma mit dem herrlich blauen Wasser und dem Panorama der Stadt. Die tollen Sonnenuntergänge direkt von Haus und Terrasse zu erleben, klasse.Nur zu empfehlen.”

“Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!”

“There were four of us in the finca for a week. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Lovingly furnished and well equipped - the only thing that would have been nice would have been a cushion for the pool loungers. Catalina is a very friendly hostess. The communication before and during the vacation was always very friendly and very fast. There are no neighbors, you have a view of the mountains and you can get anywhere quickly by car. We can only recommend the finca and we would……

The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!”

“Das Haus war super sauber. Die Bilder passen mit den vor Ort Gegebenheiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und den Vermietern war super und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten vorher vereinbart, dass der Pool für uns aufgeheizt wird auf ca 25 Grad. Das hat die Wärmepumpe leider nicht geschafft. Wir haben auch ein Teil der vereinbarten Kosten erstattet bekommen. ”
