“Amazing Place”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them ”

“The little house is in a perfect location. We hit the walking trail first thing in the morning, which was lovely. The house itself has everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. ”

“Great 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Worked well for kids (3-5) and older folks (75). Nice front room and kitchen.”

“Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. Also there were two heavy trash cans placed in front of the gate……
