“Stayed one night with my dog on our roadtrip from Seattle to Scottsdale. I was looking for something quiet, safe in a cool or different environment than a hotel can provide. The cottage interior is spacious, charming and adorable and has all you need. I was cold though - the wall heater did not provide enough heat in my opinion. The exterior/property is also really charming. It was my first time in Chico and I thought it was a lovely farming area with acres and acres of orchards. There isn’t……

“This was ideal for two senior women. Two upstair bedrooms with large and comfortable beds, and each had its own closet and bathroom. Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. Easy to park in front of and get into. ”

“My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes.……
