“My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes.……

“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”

“We were in Chico to see family and attend our nephew’s graduation at Chico High School. The Citrus Studio was perfectly located and had all of the Chico charm. It was a great central point for biking to Bidwell park and a short walk to Chico HS. I wasn’t sure how parking would be for the location. We had no issues at all, since there are essentially two parking spots. Even though it’s a studio there was ample space. I really appreciated the small walk-in closet that allows you to store your……

“Our time at The Quonset Hut was nothing short of amazing! Beautifully remodeled and decorated, this place has everything you need and more! A comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and even a washer/ dryer if needed. We loved the location and ease of getting to downtown. Our host was excellent and responded quickly to all questions! We hope to stay here every time we visit!!”
