“I don't know whether the hotel has upgraded my room or not. The room was at the end of the corridor which has a fantastic and wonderful 180 degree view (3 different directions) of andalsnes. The breakfast was very good and there is coffee maker in the room. The hotel was located in a higher level of andalsnes. So you need to carry your luggage uphill if you arrive andalsnes by train or by bus in andalsnes station. Fortunately, I travelled from molde to andalsnes by bus. So that I can get off……

“My family stayed at Vollsnes Feriehus this August and it was by far our favorite place we stayed during our trip to Norway! Simply put, it was one of the most picturesque places we have ever stayed! The cabin was beautifully decorated, the host family was warm and inviting, the view from our deck was stunning, and we all had fun using the kayaks, paddleboards, and row boat. “Beautiful town with really nice hiking. This guest house was very comfortable with a very friendly and knowledgeable host. Some of the details on hotels.com are a bit misleading though: there is no spa and the breakfast is actually at a neighbouring hotel (which also has a restaurant with delicious food). There was no TV in the room, buy the room was spacious and comfortable and we had access to a kitchen that was shared with guests in 2 other rooms.”
