“I reserved accessible room and apparently I reserved for hearing impaired rather than for physically impaired. Based on a conversation with a front desk employee regarding my specific requests they knew I reserved wrong type room for my needs. Absolutely no one said anything to me by message, phone call or at check in. “Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. ”
