“I reserved accessible room and apparently I reserved for hearing impaired rather than for physically impaired. Based on a conversation with a front desk employee regarding my specific requests they knew I reserved wrong type room for my needs. Absolutely no one said anything to me by message, phone call or at check in. I had a physically challenged 85 year old with me and asked for minimal walk from elevator and room was at end almost of a long hallway, I asked for bench seat for the TUB and got……

“It was okay! Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry luggage up to 3rd floor. I thought that a discount on the room would have been a nice gesture! ”

“Everything was ok. The outlet on the desktop didn’t work, and the fridge took a while to get cold for our water, and the TV rarely picked up a signal so we couldn’t watch it. Other than that it was fine.”
