“Loved the deluxe room even if the faucet dripped almost all the time. Our room was above the lobby and could hear the auto door open. A couple of roaches were spotted/killed and know that exterminator was on property during our visit.”

“Easy check in. Very clean room. Indoor pool in great condition. Well-kept gym. ”

“Overall experience was very good except the exhaust or air inlet is very noisy which cannot be turned off. ”

“Had a great stay in the loft room at this property. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The property is really close to the road so you do have some road noise but the grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the location if you are going to the grand ol opry. ”

“First and foremost the jets fly directly over the hotel. pretty loud but stops around 10pm. would have been good to know before booking the restaurant was out of 3 prime items for dinner and breakfast was not very good. cold pancakes and no jelly for toast i did not receive my promotion item of $ 15 off for a stay, nor did i get the complimentary breakfast. when i inquired at checkout i was told they don’t always know there are promotions and i would have to check with the mgr who was not……

“Everything was ok. The outlet on the desktop didn’t work, and the fridge took a while to get cold for our water, and the TV rarely picked up a signal so we couldn’t watch it. Other than that it was fine.”
