“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“Colonial houses are an opportunity to stay right in the midst of historic Williamsburg . The location could not be any more convenient. We stayed at Brick House Tavern on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. However the rooms were last updated about 30-40 years ago estimating by the fixtures, etc. The rooms rates are reasonable based on location but are not reasonable based on the out of date locks (old fashioned brass keys) , bathroom plumbing and scarcity……

“The room was huge - 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. Very nice to have so much space - dining table, full kitchen with all items needed for cooking and eating. The bed was adequate, but not the best mattress and the sheets were not good quality. But everything else was great.”

“The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. The TV is so old you can't stream or connect HDMI, so it's just commercial cable, and it doesn't swivel. Not the end of the world, but in a resort room in the evening it's crazy……
