“The floating house was very clean and roomy for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable! We had an issue with the hot tub but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to questions. Beautiful lake but the weather was a bit too chilly that time of the year. ”

“Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall.”

“The house was able to sleep all of us very well. It has everything you need for the Lake! (From Life Jackets to Rafts and Stuff for the Kids etc.) Just remember there are a lot of Stairs to get to the Lake. It needs some updating with Kitchen Pans and Bedding but other than that it was a great time!! Seth was easy to get ahold of and checked in with us several times!!!”

“The house is completely remodeled. Very comfortable. We did have a boat but access with a private dock and location to the water would be ideal if you were boating. ”

Quiet cove with a great place to dock boat, swim and hangout. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this house in the future! ”

“My friends and I spent two nights in this cabin and it was very good experienc. It is clean and spacious. The thermostat stopped working the late night during our last night, so it was a little be cold giving the cold weather. We contacted the owner in the morning and got a very qucik response. Trisha also tried everything to solve the issue. happy with the quick response. definitely recommned it.”

“We booked this location somewhat last minute due to a thanksgiving plan change. Ryan was kind to host us w/ little notice. We enjoyed our family time & made the most of it! Pros: -stellar communication with owner! Ryan was quick to respond & incredibly kind! -Oh the fun one might have here in the warmer months! Love the rocks! -15mins to town if you need anything. -Super comfy beds & our kids loved the air hockey! The stair door can be closed to keep game noise at a minimum. Nice feature.……
