“My husband and I enjoyed our weekend at this adorable little cabin. Of note: the "cozy bedroom" is in fact a loft accessible by ladder. I mention this because I have mobility issues and want others with issues to know. There is a futon on the ground level. I would still highly recommend. Everything else was just as expected...excellent!”

“Beautiful cabin, with the most comfortable furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and every room was very clean. Loved the big porches, and easy communication with the owner. Only a couple minor inconveniences, but nothing that would cut a multiple night trip short”

I loved that there were step stools for short people like me ;) so many little touches that just let you know they truly care that you enjoy their home and your stay Make sure to follow the GPS to Norma Rd when coming in, it’s MUCH easier than the first turn off. ”

“The cottage was very charming. The location was great and the weather was even better. The deck and steps need a little attention. The one thing I wish for would be to thin the trees out so you could see more of the lake and especially between the cottage and the dock as you can’t see the dock from the cottage.”

“Great quiet location to get away from the noise of everyday life. It was great to come back and relax on the porch and hot tub after hiking and great access to the lake for a day on the boat. ”

“Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. ”

“Beautiful house and a great stay. But the real highlight is the dock and crystal clear water of Norris Lake. We had a great time. Steps are steep but certainly doable.”
