“It was my vacation and I enjoyed staying in your hotel. I was a little disappointed with the TV. I asked front desk. to fix the TV but the person who they sent that didn’t quite know how to fix the TV. The TV was blue the whole entire time I stayed there But for the most part I enjoyed my stay. One more thing provide a better space for dogs and a trashcan for their poop to go into. I just wish you guys were located in a better neighborhood for the most part, I enjoyed my stay😁”

“My favorite hotel to date. It smells nice, the staff is pleasant, the Italian restaurant in the hotel is great, it’s the perfect distance from campus, the rooms are magnificent. The only downfall is the train that runs behind the property at all hours of the night. Staying on the non-train side is the key to a good night’s rest at Rivet House. ”
