“We were there for breakfast four mornings. Each morning they were running out of everything and people were having to stand around waiting on food. It appeared they need additional help. The two ladies that were there were doing their best to keep up. However garbages were overflowing and no one was cleaning tables. Also very limited protein options. We loved the text messaging checking in on our stay was going each day. One day we ran out of toilet paper we sent a text requesting some……

“Front desk staff was often nowhere to be found on many occasions when I needed them which had an unfortunate effect on me one morning. The breakfast staff sure was there to get the ticket first thing & kept the place nice & stocked. ”

“Friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Loved that they offer assortments of tea at night. Pool and hot tub were clean. Appreciated that they offer adult swim hours. Excellent stay. Will be back”

“The front desk staff had some of the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time. You can tell they have had training and expectations set. The hotel appears recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable.”

“Stay was nice. Shuttle to and from MSP airport and MOA was a huge plus. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was alright, typical hotel food but did the trick. Biggest complaint was walls were paper thin or perhaps because had room meant to connect but 2 of our 4 nights were not very comfortable sleeping as could hear the late night talking and playing around from neighbors till well after 1am. Also heard continued planes as directly in path that hear each one clearly and loudly ”
