I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. Once I was able to actually speak with a person, she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and was able to remotely unlock a box with keys. The host was so kind to have it all lit up for our after hours arrival. The location was convenient for getting to downtown Clemson and doing a little grocery shopping.
