“We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. ”

“We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!”

“The property, the stay, and the hosts are amazing. You will not find more gracious and caring hosts than Rob and Julie. The cabin is inviting and very clean, with all the amenities you would need. The bed is comfortable (I am not a small man), and the mini split keeps the cabin cool. The cabin and property would be enough. Rob and Julie push it over the top. We would absolutely stay again.
