“We were in town visiting family and this was the perfect place for our family to stay. Our toddler and dog loved the country setting and all of the farm animals and the flower lined fenced in yard was so nice to have. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee, waters and snacks were much appreciated after a travel day and such a thoughtful touch. We did the farm tour with Christi and all the kids really loved getting to do that. “Our family stayed here for a short little vacation and had a blast. The house looks just like the pictures and the fenced in area of the yard was great for the dogs. There is also a doggy door, which I didn’t realize when booking but we loved having it. Its just a short drive to devils fork state park. We rented a pontoon for a day ao the whole family could be on the lake together. We also took a john boat with us and had no trouble parking at the house. The drive way if definitely a little hill……
