“Awesome house, awesome location, awesome service from the owner! Beautiful location with plenty to do, proximity to Clemson. The only drawback was that there was some cleaning that still needed to be done after check-in, but this issue was minor and quickly remedied. Definitely will be back!”

“Communication with Katie was amazing from the get go! The house was clean and plenty big enough for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of towels provided, beds were comfortable, and it was easy to connect the tv to a hotspot if we wanted to. Definitely will be keeping this on my list of places to stay in Clemson! ”

“We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. “Over the tiny house is exactly what the pictures shows and good for a quick stay. For the most part it was fairly clean, but the shower, sink and fridge could have been cleaned better. Not sure if the cleaning lady came prior to the stay or not since the owner told us that she came be during our stay and noticed our dog was there. “We came to this house so we could attend the Savannah Banana's baseball game! I don't know which was better! This house or the game! It was only about 20 minutes from the football stadium. The house was just as expected from the website description. I am grateful for the reasonable price for such a beautiful place to stay where we could make some great memories with family and friends. “Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. ”
