“Host allowed us to check-in an hour early. The main headline of this property — and the “popular amenities” section — highlights a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked. I understand that things can break unexpectedly, but the hot tub issue was only disclosed one day before arrival (and only after I asked about it). By that time, rebooking wasn’t an option. What made the situation disappointing was not the breakdown itself, but the host’s dismissive and rude response when I asked……

Pillows are flat, so if you need something thicker, you may want to bring your own. Mattresses are firm and comfortable.Bathrooms supplied with TP and plenty of thick towels.
