“The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. “The property was very clean and private. It seemed like it was close to the road and neighbours as you drove in, but the layout and position of the house on the property, made it feel like you were in the middle of the forest all by yourself which for us was awesome. There was lots of outdoor activities nearby where we could enjoy the fall colours, views, and fresh air. The instruction manual was handy and helpful. The house felt warm and welcoming. The sunroom was fantastic!”

“The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. “We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)!
