“This is the first time we visit Maldives as well as this resort. It’s not a big resort but like a small village. Staff are friendly and they could remember where you from and who you are (at least at room number). “The accommodations are extremely well kept and most staff are very pleasant and welcoming. I had an unfortunate arrival in that the hotel was having difficulty with my payment method. Despite my credit card being charged on my statement, the property was not receiving that payment. I found the unwillingness to be flexible and give me time to deal with the issue to be astounding. Instead, it was a 'pay now or leave the island' approach. There seemed to be no room for reasoning, despite my being……

“Ukulhas syrjäinen, paikallinen saari. Aamiainen toimitettuna hotellille ei aina toiminut. Ei omaa keittiötä. Ystävällistä ja miellytävää palvelua suurimmalta osalta henkilökuntaa. Siisteydestä voisi pitää huoneissa parempaa huolta sekä pyyhkeiden vaihtamisesta. Pyydettäessä onnistui. Ihanan lähellä rantaa, joka oli pitkä ja rauhallinen. Täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Ei matkamuistomyymälöitä ja kauppojen valikoima muutenkin melko suppea, jopa paikallisia ajatellen.”

“為了度蜜月特地定了水上屋，結果再出發前兩天收到email 說房間要維修，我回覆了怎麼辦，飯店回覆兩個答案，幫我們升等或到他們的姐妹渡假村並未提到如何去是否產生費用，等我們到了才知道給我們低一級的房間所我們兩人的spa ，這樣說是升等其實不盡然，在經過協調又得知其他的水上屋都有開放惟有我們這間要維修，實在太奇怪了，美好的蜜月假期所期待的就是這間水上屋結果只能站在外面拍照，真的太失望了，而且飯店並未告知Expedia 讓他們跟我們通知找出好的方式去解決真的真的太生氣了。”
