“為了度蜜月特地定了水上屋，結果再出發前兩天收到email 說房間要維修，我回覆了怎麼辦，飯店回覆兩個答案，幫我們升等或到他們的姐妹渡假村並未提到如何去是否產生費用，等我們到了才知道給我們低一級的房間所我們兩人的spa ，這樣說是升等其實不盡然，在經過協調又得知其他的水上屋都有開放惟有我們這間要維修，實在太奇怪了，美好的蜜月假期所期待的就是這間水上屋結果只能站在外面拍照，真的太失望了，而且飯店並未告知Expedia 讓他們跟我們通知找出好的方式去解決真的真的太生氣了。”

“The Hotel was perfect. From the food to the very clean rooms, which they are cleaning every day. Also the beach was perfect which is directly in front of the hotel.
