“Excellent customer service. We did reserve a “king size” bed room but when we arrived it was Queen. Seems a bit of error on description. However they opened up the second bedroom in the apartment so we could use the bed in that room. That is what I call great customer service”

“I have stayed there a couple of times before. Friendly staff clean. Across the road from the beach .shops and restaurants underneath. Had dinner at the Coolum hotel last night. The food was really good. All in all good stay. I did notice the bathrooms and kitchen are looking a little tied though. But all still works.”
