“The host Glenn was amazing-the inside of the cabana was very nice-the outside property definitely needs some TLC. ( I believe the online poics were taken quite some time ago) The resident peacock.....I would not suggest staying here with dogs as long as he still resides on the property. "Brad" roamed the cabana ground ALL NIGHT LONG on our 1st and 4th nights-making any chance of sleep impossible, as he alerts with a unbelieveable dominance cry EVERY-15-MINUTES throughout the night.”

“We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area.”

“We went on a Beach Getaway and the only regret was not staying longer! The property was easy to get to and the check-in process was smooth. The hosts answered quickly when I had a question. We had the beach practically to ourselves. Everyone in our family loved the property and enjoyed the views, especially the rooftop views. Given the chance we will be back, definitely recommend! ”

“Great dock on the River to enjoy fishing and sunsets, nearly private beach and gorgeous sunrises! Wonderfully relaxing location! Beach house is so cute inside as well. It is about 20 minutes distance from restaurants/shopping but totally worth it for the privacy of the destination!We will definitely be booking again in the future!”
