“Perfect for two people. Right on the water. The only thing I would mention is that there is no stove or balcony but there is a slider that overlooks the water. Great place! Would definitely go back! ”

My family and I were having a small getaway to celebrate an intimate gender reveal & was perfect for my family & the house is bigger than seen in pictures . When driving in you’re in awe of the beautiful landscape scenery they have & as you walk in it’s like a beautiful maze of rooms . Super spacious 100% would recommend and would love to stay here & looking forward……

It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I guess I didn't realize how big it it was when I rented it, but it has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one very modern and nicely appointed bath, full-size w/d, and a very large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. “The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor……

“Townhome is a little weathered but great location — short walk to the beach. It’s in a section of Indialantic with a very long and quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants in main part of town are a short walk away. Neighborhood across the street was nice and safe for a leisurely bicycle ride. Joanie addressed minor concerns quickly. ”
