“Another great stay! It’s the perfect place for visiting Kent State. Location is great! We love walking downtown and easily grabbing coffee or something to eat. The house is clean and comfortable. This was our third stay, and we’ve never had any problems. Mark is a great host and very communicative, making sure we have everything we need.”

“This house was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Owner provided everything that we would possibly need for the couple days we were there, and I loved the privacy of the back porch. The communication with the owner was great, explained exactly what needed to be explained and clearly except possibly the off-limits area. My husband and I went exploring when we first arrived and found that we do not have access to the area past the laundry room lol the people there were pretty pleasant about……
