“This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere……

While went out to some events, most of the time we hung out at the house having fun playing games and enjoying each others company. Both the inside and outside patio and deck spaces worked well for us. Of course the star attraction was the swim spa, which the little girls spent hours enjoying. “Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!”

“We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable. ”
