“There were a few complications with the room at first, but after I reached out for some clarifications, I immediately had received a response. Harold was extremely helpful and gracious finding a solution and we were very appreciative. I will definitely book another stay with Maverick Suites, but would probably sign up for a more updated room.”

“This was a nice little apartment for my short stay.Other than the stairs which I didn’t know about until just before I arrived, it was exactly as described. Clean and nicely decorated. It is a little loud in the neighborhood but even that was addresses with the amenities. I would definitely use again.”

“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……
