“This was our second time staying here. We really enjoyed our stay again!! My husband is originally from Fryeburg, so we come back often to visit friends and family. This is our favorite place to stay! It's extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful! Very attentive and always respond quickly. It is in a great location with beautiful views all around.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation.. It is a well-kept, very clean home in a beautiful location. Within walking distance to a great restaurant and variety store. We would love to return when we could take advantage of the lake. (We stayed there in early April.) The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Suggestions: wall clocks in the living room and bathroom; full length mirrors in the bedrooms; larger coffee table. All in all in was a great stay. Would love to go……

“Was here for ice fishing over the weekend. Property was typical lake house and listing was accurate. Checkin and communication with owner and property management was very responsive. Only issue we ran into was the elusive fish. Great time. Would stay again ”

“Best family friendly home from beginning to end !! What can I say the owners thought of everything plus some! Kids paradise! Dog heaven! After a cold icy winter we all enjoyed the spring skiing and pleasant mountain did not disappoint!! Great neighborhood for walking and playground for kids and views of mountains !! Hope to return!!”

“This is a good property. It was clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and the location is great for enjoying anything the Lakes Region has to offer. The managers were very communicative and easy to work with. The only reason this is 4 stars is we did feel a little misled by the listing. There is definitely no hot tub at this property. There's a nice big bath tub, which can be filled with hot water, but that doesn't make a hot tub. It also claims to sleep 14, and unless those are small children or……

“Very nice property. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient to Moose Pond, Pleasant Mountain, Bridgeton Center, and Fryburg Center. Only about 35 mins to North Conway. Owners were very nice and helpful. We recommend this property. ”
