“Great property in a quiet area downtown. ”

“Perfect location to Dubuque's Millwork Districts many shops, bars and restaurants. Private entrance to a spacious rental unit. Large kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Many kitchen supplies although we just had morning coffee and meals out. Large lounge area with t.v. and even larger bedroom with the most comfortable king size bed. Location was quiet and rental owner Ken always available. We really enjoyed this location and so would you.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the modern, cottage-style property. No stairs and the fenced backyard were great perks for our young family as well as our senior-aged dog. The host was very attentive throughout the weekend. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and well explained. I loved the detail put into the simple, yet modern decor. Blackout shades were also appreciated! My boys had a blast on the bunk bed. Our family highly recommends the property! weekend. Check-in and out ”

“Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink……
