“We had a wonderful stay in buffalo! The house was clean, comfortable, nice neighbor hood. we will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in town. ”

“The house was clean, host responsive, parking fine, WiFi perfect. A few things were missing in the kitchen. Like: spatula, dish towels, pots, pans. It needed more essentials. The bathrooms had no hand towels and no washcloths. Bedrooms could have used an extra blanket or two. We didn’t complain and we had a very nice time. The house just could be puffed up and made more wonderful. Thank you ”

“The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!”

“We stayed as we were attending the Borderland music festival, the Roycroft was a perfect peaceful retreat to get some R&R after the festivities. ”

“Pretty much standard breakfast fare, but very adequate. Only things I noticed which need addressed: 1. Carpeting in room is worn nd looking shabby around doorways. 2. Large, tiled shower. However, floor was slippery and there was no rubber mat or grab bars. Any elderly person, of someone with balance issues could easily fall. 3. Shower pressure could be improved.”
