“Was a wonderful place had a great stay! 10/10 would recommend! ”

“The property was everything the listing said it was. Waking up to the sound of waves was wonderful. We saw daily surfers and occasional pods of dolphins from the balcony. There was nothing missing in the kitchen which was well appointed with everything from baking pans to electric hand mixers. ”

“We were two families with 3 kids between 8-11 years old and had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The place is huge and equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. “Lots of room for the family to gather for fun or find a quiet spot away. This place had everything we needed and a really short walk for coffee, sushi, beaches, etc. The garage took patience parking the minivan, but we handled it and usually had neighbors cheering us on. We would love to come back.”

“We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. Some doors are hard to open and close to the patio, but we fought through it. Beds and towels are fantastic. Furniture was great and decor was very nice, and everything was very clean. Personally, if I was staying here again, I would……

“The casita is very cute! It is in a great location from downtown. We parked in the driveway and used uber to get downtown. It was easy and cheaper than parking!The USS Midway was amazing. The casita is well appointed and has patios for sitting outside. The bbq is great too.It’s perfect for 2 people. We’d stay there again and highly recommend.”

“The house was spacious with plenty of amenities for our guests of all ages (4-66!) to enjoy. We especially liked the large kitchen and the outdoor patio area with small pool. The beach is truly just a couple blocks away and was an easy walk, even with small kids in tow. Lots of places to get groceries or eat out nearby. We would stay here again!”

“This home is stunning and the hosts are fantastic! We had two families staying at the property- 4 adults and 4 kids ages between 3-9. There was so much to do at the property we hardly needed to leave the house. The arcade room was amazing - great mix of arcade games, plus shuffleboard, Foosball and air hockey. “Beautiful location. Near beaches, close to restaurants and shopping…not walking distance but a short drive away. Saltwater pool, hot tub and slide were a hit for our family! April was responsive and available when needed.”
