“This was the worse experience ever! We drove 12 hours from NC and had a baby with us. Once we arrived the home was very dusty and reeked of Mildew. Nothing was like the pictures. The pictures are edited and the home does not look like the pictures My family was barely able to stay at the home as they had to come clean it twice and change the air filters. My trip was ruined as we had no where to stay for 2 days and just drove around. We were told we can get a refund if we didn't leave a bad……

“I absolutely ADORED this place & I will be booking here again. The shower was a bit small but it had wonderful water pressure and it got HOT!! I loved it so much!! The only warning I will give is that there are quite a few potholes in the parking lot, which is a given because it IS New York. It's not far from a few shopping centers and is placed far enough away from the road that you are not too disturbed by the sounds of traffic. ”

“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”

“House was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great spot for large family gatherings. Only caution is that stairs are a little precarious if you have older family members.”

“The property was even better than the listing. Breathtaking views, beautiful open concept house. A lot of space to be together as a family. Kim was very responsive. Plenty of towels and appliances for cooking, as well as soaps, etc. We were lacking nothing. ”
