“The brief review: clean, perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs, great central location between many western New York attractions, and quiet!The longer review: This was our 4th VRBO farm stay, and we love the animals. This is a working training facility with students regularly on and off the property. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. However, given that we mostly did sightseeing during the day, we didn't see many students. It was very quiet at night.The cottage was the perfect……

“A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned.……

“This lake house was wonderful! It was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The owners keep the house well stocked with anything you’d need including a variety of beds, toys, high chair, booster seat, fully stocked kitchen items/utensils. “This was our second time staying at the farmhouse and it was perfect. It is close enough where we could drive into town to get what we need and secluded enough where its quiet and we have privacy, which is exactly what we look for. The firepit in the back was a great way to end the day. Its a nice cozy house where we could kick back and relax, away from the hustle of everyday life. We would definitely return when in the area again.”
