“This property was absolutely incredible! The location was very convenient for us - we explored the Conesus Lake area and spent the weekend hiking at Letchworth State Park. The set up of the house was perfect for our families; we had room for our kids to play and we all had our own spaces to sleep. It was very family friendly and comfortable. “My daughter goes to school in Rochester we came down to see her for the weekend had 6 adults and a toddler comfortable in the house. Kitchen was well stocked as we like to cook. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood. ”

“This was the worse experience ever! We drove 12 hours from NC and had a baby with us. Once we arrived the home was very dusty and reeked of Mildew. Nothing was like the pictures. The pictures are edited and the home does not look like the pictures My family was barely able to stay at the home as they had to come clean it twice and change the air filters. My trip was ruined as we had no where to stay for 2 days and just drove around. We were told we can get a refund if we didn't leave a bad……

“I was so pleased with our visit to Geneseo, which was made all the more excellent with our stay at this house. The property is close to downtown and a comfortable walk to the SUNY Geneseo campus. The property is truly wonderful, with a classic appearance with a porch. The interior is also beautiful, made more so by display of some of the owner's artwork. “We absolutely loved all the rooms. The kitchen was well outfitted. The community gathering spaces were perfect for the family to gather and support in small groups and large. The home was clean and well appointed. My suggestion would be a bit more work on curb and yard appeal. The weather was perfect for use of the fire pit. We had a great visit. “There were three adults in our party so the house was a perfect size for us. The space is well laid out and the kitchen and bathroom well stocked. We enjoyed the two spaces for lounging - having our coffee in the smaller space in the morning and hanging out in the living room in the evening. We did not take advantage of the outdoor space which included a fire pit. Quiet street with easy access to many points of interest. “I absolutely ADORED this place & I will be booking here again. The shower was a bit small but it had wonderful water pressure and it got HOT!! I loved it so much!! The only warning I will give is that there are quite a few potholes in the parking lot, which is a given because it IS New York. It's not far from a few shopping centers and is placed far enough away from the road that you are not too disturbed by the sounds of traffic. ”
