“The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the primary suite wasn’t working, making the room unusable and requiring guests to share rooms. “The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. “We stayed in a stunning home in the chukka cove community. The water was crystal clear with coral and fish right in our cove. We stayed in March and there were no bugs in the villa. It was perfect for my family including my 14 year old son and his grandparents. Having the pool as an option was wonderful for windy days. The food was wonderful in the villa. Karine took care of us the entire time. We look forward to retuning!”
