“This cabin-like cottage is lovely. The cottage is steps away from the lake - the sounds of crashing waves is very soothing. There are train tracks near the neighborhood and the trains provide a nice soundtrack when you can hear them and were not disruptive (I think the grandkids would have loved to watch trains roll along the trestle actually). The cottage was clean. I was surprised at how spacious it was. Loads of room to crash about, for those that want/need privacy -there is space for……

“We loved this cabin, it was very beautiful and had a lot of amenities and stuff provided that we didn’t have to haul in our car. There is a ton of fridge space as we stayed in all weekend to cook! The only sad thing was the weather was terrible and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outside and property because it was rainy and muddy. ”

“We had a fabulous time in Ellicottville! The home was perfect for our family with adult children. Plenty of beds, linens, the pool table and hot tub were a big hit! The property is minutes from Holiday Valley resort and other attractions, but also very quiet and secluded. The owner was helpful and communicative without being too invasive or over-prote”

“It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone. We are definitely considering a visit during the summer to do some biking, and to enjoy the fire pit and views of nature from the deck in the back, or sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch to read a……
