“Amanda is a great hostess. There was adequate room for our needs, the pool was a great hit with our family. Recommend taking.plenty of water as though there is lots of well water, most of our crew did not care for the taste of it.”

“At checkin time house was nowhere close to ready for checkin. Cleaning crew stated two more hours. After checking in dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes dryer was on we didn’t have clean/dry towels. There were hairs in the bathrooms. They mentioned about hot tub which was dysfunctional kids were not happy. Tv remotes won’t work. Basement shower won’t work. Very disappointed master bedroom ceiling fan don’t work. Gr8 location but They need to do lot of work/inspection prior to renting out.”

“Firstly, I'd like to highlight some positive aspects of our experience: The host appeared friendly and was prompt in responding to our messages. The interior of the house was clean and tastefully decorated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon: Upon our arrival at the property, we noticed a trail of litter scattered around, including trash piles near the garage entrance, patio, deck, and along the pathways. It presented an unwelcoming sight and gave the impression that……

“We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was very clean and had all the necessities. A few more dish towels would have helped. Beds were comfortable. We mainly used the place for sleeping. House is not very sound proof and would normally be no issue but with a tenant in the basement normal noice levels drew a complaint. ”
