“The house was so well set up for our large family of 20. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies. The double oven was a huge help. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working, but to his credit, the host did get a guy out twice to try to fix it, and he gave us a portion of our fees back as a refund. The yard was so great - the kids played and played on the play structure and the trampoline, as well as in the amazing games and toy room downstairs. Other than the hot tub,……

“Firstly, I'd like to highlight some positive aspects of our experience: The host appeared friendly and was prompt in responding to our messages. The interior of the house was clean and tastefully decorated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon: Upon our arrival at the property, we noticed a trail of litter scattered around, including trash piles near the garage entrance, patio, deck, and along the pathways. It presented an unwelcoming sight and gave the impression that……

“I highly recommend this house. We had a family reunion in Edmonton and rented this home between 3 families. It was nice to be able to have visitors and it was perfect to be out in the country as we did get more visitors than expected. We were able to chat and visit without worrying about noise. It was one of the few homes that allowed events and encouraged fun. Not that we were rowdy or got crazy as most of us were between 40-70. Amanda was very accommodating and helped out whenever needed.……

“We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was very clean and had all the necessities. A few more dish towels would have helped. Beds were comfortable. We mainly used the place for sleeping. House is not very sound proof and would normally be no issue but with a tenant in the basement normal noice levels drew a complaint. ”
