“staff is nice ！and room is very clean”

“We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The breakfast area was clean and had hot food, cereal, waffles, bakery items, yogurt & juice. Coffee was in the lobby. The staff was friendly & seemed like they liked their jobs. ”

“They did a good job. My room was completely out of towels - as they forgot to put them in after cleaning the night before. A seed shell was left in the drawer next to bed (how does a seed shell even get in there?). A pair of socks were left in the closet - they were teenage mutant ninja turtle socks - they were dirty and had hokes in the heel of boyh socks - so I threw them away. I enjoyed my stay - bed was comfortable and hottub was hot!”

“The rooms were clean and only problem was the toilets were too low to try and sit on there was no bar to lift yourself up”

“The front desk guy , he moved to Bismarck from Williston a year ago and he asked what brought me to Bismarck. I said my daughter's baby wants to arrive three months early. We talked some about it. The next day he was genuinely concerned how everything was going that day. I wish I knew his name. I didn't even look at his name tag. He was super and should be commened on caring about others . ”
