“The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,……

“We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's……

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more……

“We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!”
