“We were only in Colorado for two nights to visit with our daughter so we were not in the house much but the time we were was just perfect. The area was convenient to everything. I did use the kitchen to cook my daughter some meals to leave with her and it had everything I needed. We met the hosts briefly and they were extremely friendly and always offered to help with anything we may need. ”

“This charming Carriage House is nestled within a popular and beautifully established neighborhood of Parkhill. I use to live in this area for many years and really liked the location since it is so close to many fun and interesting places to visit like the Denver Zoo, museums, delicious food choices, Rockies MLB games or just pack a picnic basket and sit on a blanket in one of the quiet city parks.Carrie, the owner of the property, was wonderful, kind and very respectful of my privacy. “We've been traveling to Denver with dogs for years, but this is first time we've stayed in Tennyson Street neighborhood. Cory's guesthouse was perfect for us & our 2 small dogs. Everything you need including a great neighborhood to walk about and enjoy lovely old & new homes with beautiful gardens & small ethnically diverse eateries of all stripes.
