“This place is adorable! It is quaint and fully furnished with absolutely everything you need. There's even a full spice rack, cooking oil, and a nice coffee bar. The only drawback is the neighborhood. The streets are very narrow and sometimes tough to pass on. There is construction across the street, and some of the neighbor kids are quite noisy, repeatedly riding a dirt bike back and forth in front of the house. It does get quiet late at night and I slept well. Having a full sized washer and……

“One of the best locations in Bristol. Charming home in the downtown easy to get to restaurants and shops. Also right across from the Bristol bike path and was able to enjoy bike rides and see glass hunting. Would stay here again. ”

“This cottage was perfect for our family. The lake was peaceful, got to see the swans every 2 days swim by. The cottage was well stocked with items for everyday use. The property was well maintained. ”

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……

“Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. The kitchen had all the pots, utensils, and dishes/glasses to allow us to dine as we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The home's furnishings were lovely. I truly appreciated that there was……

“I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……
