“The continental breakfast was healthy and varied. Our room was lovely, it faced the lake and had a beautiful view. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Perfect for a mid week stay as a quiet getaway. ”

“Very friendly owner, clean and quiet room. The owner obviously takes pride in his motel. It has an interesting history that he shared with us. It was not a super fancy place. Just a nice, comfortable and affordable motel not too far from our daughter’s college. ”

“My purpose was to attend a Christian concert at a church that was only .2 mile down the street. I felt safe walking back at 10 pm. Unfortunately the highway is close so the noise bothers me, but I am one who won’t have the tv on and likes silence. However, I would stay here again. ”

“A Mighty Big Thank You to Andy and Laurie who made our stay that much more enjoyable! Your front desk matters and it was our understanding Andy was doing triple duty of sorts to give some of the staff time away. That noted, service did not suffer and our stay was Awesome! Rooms were pleasant, building kept up well, breakfast was great, across the street Walmart a plus. A note of gratitude to all who made it possible.”

“Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. I mentioned to one that the milk was empty in the decanter after getting some cereal. She acknowledged me……
