“We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. House was perfect for our family and the location can’t be beat. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again in the future. ”

“This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. We would definitely stay again at this property and also……

“This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. The pool was just the right size for them to play in. We realized when we got there we would need to have the pool heated. Betsy responded in a timely manner and made it happen. The neighborhood was lovely for biking and was only a short easy walk to the beach. The house was laid out so nicely with a comfortable flow. The kitchen was very functional and the decor was themed nicely. We have stayed……

“We really enjoyed our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and this older home was a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful beach houses some still being constructed. If you enjoy older homes would definitely recommend place. The views and beach were beautiful and there was shopping and restaurants within fifteen minutes walking distance. The only drawback was the traffic mainly getting there on Saturday but that should be expected. We loved our stay there.”

“Close proximity to beach. All appliances are new. We were the first to use the outdoor grill and the air fryer! The complimentary wagon was useful for our daily jaunts to the beach. Bring bug spray no getting around that. Inside was clean. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed”

“Property is in a great location with convenient walking distance access to beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Condo was a perfect setup with all needs covered. Very clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent balcony for your evening glass of wine or meal. Brian was very easy to contact and provided very fast responses to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.”

The location is great, Bike/walk to Coligny, the beach, and stores.The house is well maintained and check in / out was a breeze. it’s great having the pool and patio area. We had an issue with the coffee maker and sent a quick text and it was taken care of that afternoon.You can’t go wrong with the place.”
