“This is our second summer vacation with this host. We absolutely love it. Place is very clean, updated as it best, very peaceful, secure and safe. But what makes it even better - balcony with full ocean view and minute of walk to the beach. All attractions are within minutes of drive. ”

“The place was great. Close to shopping and the beach. The only down side which couldn't be helped was the air-conditioning the room got hot at night. But with high temps and humidity putside we knew that was gonna happen. But i took a fan which helped a lot. We will definitely be back to this place. So covient to the beach and great places to eat and shop. We parked our car and walked everywhere. ”

“This condo is a tad dated and “lived in” as you will. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price so we were okay with it. I think they could do a little better cleaning linens. They tell you to place all used bedding and towels in a pile which made me think maybe they don’t clean the unused ones which was a little off putting. Overall we loved the location. “Our family had a great visit! This home was clean but very bare bones in the kitchen. We had everything we needed the home just lacked a few of the amenities you would expect in a vacation home rental. The beach cart,chairs and umbrella were life savers! ”

“Being so close to the beach is one reason to book this spot! the pool is beach front and steps away. Overall - we liked the property, one thing we must call out is that we did face alot of roaches, but that's more a propertywide issue vs our own rental. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! “This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. Patrick made sure we got all settled in and walked us through some of the features of the home which was really helpful. He even gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat while there for the week. Even with the weather not always cooperating we were still able to enjoy the beautiful backyard/pool area daily. We loved that the house was in a quiet neighborhood but we could hop on the highway in minutes and get to so……
