“Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in……

“As others have mentioned, this place could use updates. We enjoyed the surroundings and proximity to the beach, so that did not bother us much. This is a 2-story condo, the upstairs has the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms with an entry door from each bedroom. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean and property is located right on the beach, although not on the main beach. But nice because it was more quiet and less crowds. Would stay again!”

“We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.”

“Beautiful, quit and peacefully retreat to get away from the hustle of life. Easy access to pool and beach. Hunting park is close to this location. Also, there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. ”

“Overall was a lovely condo in a nice location and we would definitely come again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the……

“This property was everything we could have expected. I rated a 4 for the check-in process only because of a snag with the elevator, and the communications about that were a bit slow, and in the end it was just a minor inconvenience.Everything else was wonderful! ”

“Spacious and love the 3 balconies.If you are able to walk about 3/4 of a mile, you can walk to many different things.Restaurants, beach etc!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Condo itself was very clean, well appointed, comfortable and safe. Location was perfect to take advantage of all HH has to offer and exactly as described. Michael was a great host with great communication all around. We will definitely stay here again during a future trip. ”
