“The property was awesome. Close to ocean. Veiw was great and pool was clean. Staff that we saw was friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be back!”

“Condo was very clean and great access to the beach! Only downside, the mattress needs replaced in the bedroom due to being very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Me and my husband did not sleep well due to this. Also there were no sheets for the air mattress. ”

“As always, this property never disappoints! We had excellent communication with the property owner and she is always very easy to reach if you have a question or an issue arises. You cannot get a condo any more clean or convenient. Everything you might need for cooking is handy and she even leaves some complimentary toiletries. We love the small complex and even though it’s near coligny, it makes for a very family friendly, low key environment with easy beach access. We hope to visit again! ”

“This is our second summer vacation with this host. We absolutely love it. Place is very clean, updated as it best, very peaceful, secure and safe. But what makes it even better - balcony with full ocean view and minute of walk to the beach. All attractions are within minutes of drive. ”

“The place was great. Close to shopping and the beach. The only down side which couldn't be helped was the air-conditioning the room got hot at night. But with high temps and humidity putside we knew that was gonna happen. But i took a fan which helped a lot. We will definitely be back to this place. So covient to the beach and great places to eat and shop. We parked our car and walked everywhere. ”

“The condo was as described, small, but had what was needed. The location to the beach was great and just a short bike ride to restaurants and Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This condo is a tad dated and “lived in” as you will. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price so we were okay with it. I think they could do a little better cleaning linens. They tell you to place all used bedding and towels in a pile which made me think maybe they don’t clean the unused ones which was a little off putting. Overall we loved the location. They did have some beach toys and boogie boards in the closet for kids so that was very convenient. It was my husband, me and our 2 yo so the……
